  We the Physical Science Students visited the Physics and Chemistry Lab at NVKS Senior Secondary School and was guided by Arun Sir. We did four experiments: 1) Focal Length of Convex Lens & Concave Mirror 2) Ohm's Law 3) Paper Chromatography  4) Titration 

 

 Today I were on leave. 

 Today we had discussed the different types of schools in India through Jigsaw Method. 

  Today, we had Physical Education class. We were split into groups and asked to practice the commands and activities to be taught to the students during our teaching practice . It was useful and helped in learning the steps easily.

 

The celebration of National Technology Day was started by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in 1999 to honor Indian scientists, engineers and technologists, who worked for India's scientific and technological advancement and ensured the successful conduct of Pokhran tests in May 1998.           Arya Gouri Raj of I B.Ed has conducted a quiz regarding the day. 

  Today, we had an Alumni Interaction with Dr. Deepa Rajashekaran who is a former student of our college. She shared her experiences as a  teacher  as well as a Principal. She is also an awardee of the 'Teacher Scientist Award'. It was a very good and interesting session.

 Today I had taken the seminar on Psychological Perspectives On Learning. My topic was 'Reasoning'.

 Inauguration of Citizen Consumer Club & Exhibition on Millet Food in Daily Life for Good Health.

 

  Today was our Sports Day. In the morning, we had March Past by the students of all the four houses Rose, Jasmine,Lilly and Lotus. It was a good experience.  We had many events like running, relay, skipping, three leg race, musical cap etc.  I too participated in musical cap along with my friends. It was really a wonderful experience. After that, prize distribution ceremony took place. It ended at around 1.00 pm and we were sent home. It  was a good day.

 

  The Department of Library N.V.K S.D.College of Education(Autonomous) has organised SWAYAM-NPTEL Felicitation Programme and Certification Ceremony on 02-05-2023 (Tuesday). 

  International Harry Potter Day is celebrated annually on May 2. This day is also known as Harry Potter Day. The day is dedicated to the beloved Harry Potter book series. It has captivated millions of fans worldwide. This Harry Potter series is written by JK Rowling. It was the first publication in 1997.
