 Today we four student teachers along with our mentor teacher had taken the students for different dance competitions such as group dance, solo dance etc.

 Today we had observed the World Dictionary Day. We had given some new words to the students and asked them to find their meanings.

 Two students from 8th std had prepared some science project works.

 Today I had taught the different types of electric circuits to the students of 8th std. Some of the students have the basic knowledge about electric circuits.

 Today the students were given an opportunity to see the navarathri khoshayathra.

 Today a medical camp had been set up in the school. All the students had participated and remedies have been suggested to those who are physically unfit.

 The school level cultural competitions have been conducted today. The students had participated in various competitions such as thirukkural recitation, Tamil and English Essay writing, Poem recitation, Drawing etc. We the student teachers were also asked to judge the performance of the students.

 Today the educational department of Tamilnadu had released a circular regarding that a pledge should be taken by all the students as well as the teachers. We the student teachers also joined it.

 Today we had observed the world mental health day. We had made the 9th std students aware about the day. The theme for the World Mental Health Day 2023 is  ' Mental health is a universal human right '.It is recognised in order to raise awareness.

 Today I had taken class for 8th std students. The topic was transfer of  charge by friction. I had demonstrated an activity based on the topic and asked the students to do that.

 Due to the continuous holidays the school has been declared working today. We observed the class of our mentor teacher. I was allotted to go to 8th std. I went and gave a brief introduction regarding the unit Electricity which i have to take on the next week. Then i interacted with the students and gave some science tips and tricks.

 Today the teachers of the school had given all the details regarding the cultural completion which is going to be held soon at Marthandam. The students have been selected and given their names to various items. It was also informed that a school level competition will be held in the next week and the winners of this will be allowed to participate in the inter school level.

 Today as usual the classes had been started with the morning assembly. The HM informed that all the teachers as well as the trainees had to assemble in the auditorium for giving instructions regarding the culturals which is to be held next week. Then in the evening SMC meeting was conducted.

  Observation of the class by the Mentor Teacher                Today we the three prospective teachers had observed the class of our Mentor teacher. The teacher distributed the answer scripts to the students and informed them that retest should be conducted for those who failed in the exam. She also asked me to correct the practical records.
